VISTEVA AND RGR ANNOUNCE MERGER

Joint company plans development of new features for its software packages: Visteva eCampaign and Visteva eDonations

Brea, CA – Visteva and RGR Technology Solutions have announced a merger of the two Internet consulting companies for political campaigns, party organizations, public policy groups and non-profit organizations.
Visteva's eCampaign and eDonations applications are leading tools for online campaign management. These tools will be integrated with RGR's enhanced website management utilities to provide customers with a more complete solution.

The joint company will continue providing superior creative solutions to web design and online campaigns and is developing new additions to Visteva's eCampaign and eDonations software.

On November 1, Chad Morgan of RGR will become the President/CEO of Visteva. Aaron Klein, Visteva's CEO will remain with the company as a Senior Advisor and Board Member.
