Chad Morgan - President/CEO

Chad founded RGR Technology Solutions, Visteva's parent company, where he developed a content management solution that allows non-programmers to easily manage a website's content. Chad also developed an email broadcast system that allows tracking of who actually reads the messages sent. When RGR merged with Visteva, this technology was merged into Visteva's eCampaign application.

Chad has served as a national director of Young Americans for Freedom and served as the state Chairman of the YAF group in California. He has been involved in numerous campaigns as a volunteer and staff member. Most recently Chad was Statewide Field Director for Congressman Darrell Issa's political operation when Congressman Issa made the recall of California Governor Gray Davis possible. Chad is also President of Saigon West, a public relations firm built from his experiences campaigning with Orange County's Vietnamese Community in Little Saigon.

Daisy Tong - Operations Manager

Daisy is a former advisor to California Assemblyman Van Tran, the first person of Vietnamese descent elected to a state office in the United States. Daisy has been active in leadership roles in local campaigns and non-profit organizations in Southern California’s Vietnamese community for more than 10 years.

Before joining Visetva, Daisy was a Visteva customer. From this experience, Daisy knows what customers need from an Internet services vendor. As Operations Manager, Daisy participates in the development and implementation of procedures and policies to maximize Visteva's product and service deliverability.

Franco Te - Development Coordinator

Franco is a graduate of California State University Fullerton where he earned a degree in Management Information System. One career highlight includes work for CSU Fullerton Auxiliary Services Corporation where Franco was on the development team responsible for the corporate website.

Franco Te brings aboard his technical expertise and strong web development sense to Visteva. Franco's attention to detail is unmatched. With his ability to multi-task, prioritize, and establish and meet deadlines, Franco manages our development and production team

Aaron Klein - Founder/Advisory Board Chairman

Aaron is the founder of Visteva. The company continues to eclipse the high standards for functionality and design he set at inception. Aaron has been involved in numerous campaigns and is an elected member of California’s Sierra Community College District.

Aaron continues to serve Visteva as a Senior Advisor where he helps guide software development and company direction. He also servers as Chairman to the company's Advisory Board.

Jim Lacy - Advisory Board Member

Mr. Lacy is a partner in the law firm of Wewer & Lacy where he specializes in non-profit and election law. He has extensive experience with non-profit organizations and was a founding director of the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association. Mr. Lacy has served on the boards of prominent conservative organizations such as the American Conservative Union, Young Americas Foundation, and others. He is an elected member to the City Council of Dana Point California.

Jim Righeimer - Advisory Board Member

Mr. Righeimer is a high tech entrepreneur and serves as President/Founder of RFcomsites. RFComsites has roof rights throughout Southern California and has developed wireless facilities for all of the major wireless companies. He was the author of the original Paycheck Protection Initiative in California, 1998's Proposition 226. Righeimer was also a creator of Orange County's Education Alliance, a group organized to elect conservative school board members and was Congressman Dana Rohrabacher's first Campaign Chairman.

Brent Vinson - Advisory Board Member

Brent is the Founder and Chairman of ProtoFab Products, a specialty hardware manufacturer and distributor. He is the former CEO of Snapware. Previously he was VP/GM of ConAgra Foods. His Division was the three time winner of the ConAgra Operating Award. Brent is an advisor to the California State University Fullerton Department of Entrepreneurship.
